Der Exovation 303-T Saugschlauch ist speziell für Anwendungen konzipiert, die eine hohe Temperaturbeständigkeit erfordern. Mit einer zulässigen Betriebstemperatur von -55°C bis +90°C und einer kurzzeitigen Beständigkeit bis +100°C ist dieser Schlauch ideal für den Einsatz in extremen Bedingungen. Er bietet eine Ozonbeständigkeit von 72 Stunden und eine Abriebfestigkeit von 0,5 g, was seine Langlebigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit unterstreicht. Dieser Schlauch ist für Öle und Kraftstoffe sowie Mineralölprodukte mit einem Aromatengehalt von bis zu 50 % geeignet. Seine Konstruktion gewährleistet eine hohe Flexibilität und Druckbeständigkeit, was ihn zu einer bevorzugten Wahl für anspruchsvolle industrielle Anwendungen macht. Square cartridge heaters are used where much power has to be installed near the surface of a tool, e.g. in cutting knives, sealing stations or hot plates. With a soft, malleable condition in stainless steel or nickel sheath square cartridge heaters can easily be pressed into common milled rectangular grooves. Apart from the advantageous heat transfer over ¾ of the sheath, it is not necessary to cement or cast in the heater which is imperative for round cartridge heaters. Right-hand cutting reamers with adjustable blades and with extra long cylindrical shank with square.
